The SJV Natural Resources Hub Program is a new initiative being managed by the Carbon Cycle Institute (CCI) in partnership with the California Association of Resource Conservation Districts (CARCD) within Region 9.  Tranquillity RCD is a member of the Advisory Group for this exciting leading edge initiative that is addressing in a pragmattic way the challenges of climate change and the impacts to ranchers, farmers, workers and rural communities within our region.  This effort is being coordinated by Alexandria Miranda along with Noah Link as the Carbon Farm Planner.
