There are programs within the Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz) that provides key technical assistance for community and economic development planning including what is known as Community & Place-Based Solutions (CPBS).  The goal for the TCC Planning Process is to identify what the opportunties may be for developing a resilient, sustainable and more self-sufficent agricultural-based economy.
